Once upon a time I used to paint. Big paintings.Today, while looking through my archive I found that one of my paintings made in Lofoten from 2005 was entitled "Kvartett" (Quartet). This was one of the paintings that I showed for the admission to the Academy of Fine Arts in Bergen, Norway.
6 years later, just after graduating with an MFA degree, with a project basically being a composition for a string quartet based upon a mountain range from the same area, I cannot help but thinking that it's all back to where it started.
